Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible after payment has been received and confirmed.

During periods of high order volume, such as launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.


Shipping Times

We ship orders using PostNord and DHL, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Sweden: typically 1–3 business days

  • Europe: typically 3–10 business days

  • International (outside Europe): delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing and may take longer

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of delay or loss transfers to the customer.
