Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as ASHTI may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after payment has been received and confirmed.

We ship orders using PostNord and DHL, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Within Sweden: typically 1–3 business days

  • Within Europe: typically 3–10 business days

  • International (outside Europe): delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing and may take longer

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
